SHIPPING INFORMATION

Ground shipping is free in the continental Contiguous United States with orders of $35 or more. An $8 flat fee is applied to all orders below $35.

Currently, our website only accommodates shipments within the contiguous United States: we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands +PO boxes, Military (APO/FPO/DPO).

For international requests, please email us at hello@smithandcult.com to see if an order can be processed to your requested country. Our standard carrier is FedEx and we only ship FedEx Ground to comply with aerosol shipping restrictions. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3 to 8 business days for shipping.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Smithandcult.com offers products and services of integrity. Items purchased from Smithandcult.com must be returned to Smithandcult.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your products, we would be happy to accept them within 30 days from the date of product receipt for a refund. Customers who would like to return or exchange a product should email hello@smithandcult.com to be provided with a return address.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Generally, processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.

For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post).

  • How much is shipping?

    All orders $35+ are eligible for free ground shipping. For orders $34 and below, ground shipping is an $8 flat rate. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We currently do not offer shipping outside the contiguous U.S.

  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    Unfortunately we do not at this time.

  • Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico?

  • What is your return policy?

    Smithandcult.com offers products and services of integrity. Items purchased from Smithandcult.com must be returned to Smithandcult.com. Smithandcult.com can only accept refunds, returns & exchanges for unopened or gently used items purchased from Smithandcult.com and must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of product and with a copy of the sales receipt. Refunds are credited to the original payment only.

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    If you’ve placed your order during business hours M-F, 9am EST to 6pm EST, please contact us by phone at 1-855-SMTH-CLT or by email immediately after placing order using subject line “Order Revision/Cancelation”. Orders are processed and shipped automatically following an order confirmation. If your order is placed during the weekend there is no guarantee that your order will be cancelled before shipping, but we will be more than happy to issue a return for you upon receipt of the item.

  • I entered the wrong email address for my order. What should I do?

    Please contact us by phone at 1-855-SMTH-CLT or by email include order number and full name so we can update your information on file.

  • I received the wrong product or my product arrived damaged, can I return it?

    Please email hello@smithandcult.com about the order and attach a picture of your damaged shipment.

  • How do I use a promo/coupon code?

    Enter it at checkout in the promo code box. All discounts are applied at checkout

  • How many promo/coupon codes can be used per order?

    Only one promo code per order is allowed

    Log into your account and check your order. You should also receive a ship confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped

  • Does Smith & Cult have a maximum purchase policy?

    We have a maximum purchase limit of 5 items per sku. Can I use my discount for other people? Promo codes can only be used one-time per customer.

  • Is it legal to use CBD?

    Our CBD is derived from hemp that is produced by a licensed grower in a manner consistent with the United States Farm Bill under the United States State Department of Agriculture.
  • Will Locked & Lit CBD Lip Balm get me high?

    No, our Locked & Lit CBD Lip Balm is non-psychoactive.
  • Is Locked & Lit CBD Lip Balm product safe for expectant mothers or those breastfeeding?

    There is a lot of conflicting information out there about the subject and it can be challenging to know which sources are the most informed. The truth is that there just has not been enough clinical research done for us to state that CBD is safe to use while you are pregnant or breastfeeding. We recommend that you review the ingredients with your doctor or certified professional.
  • What are the benefits of CBD?

  • I have sensitive skin. Is Locked & Lit CBD Lip Balm product safe to use?
